🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Kenya (Nationwide)

  • Selected international countries via Printify or DSers supplier networks (depending on product availability)

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

East Africa 7–14 business days
International 10–21 business days

These times are estimates and may vary due to supplier location, customs, or logistics delays.

💵 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and product supplier.

Some items may qualify for Free Shipping — look for the note on the product page.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Since we work with various suppliers (including Printify and AliExpress through DSers), your items might arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

🚫 Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect address input by customer

  • Customs or duty fees in your country
